I’m Rigel, based in New York City. I’ve spent my career working with technology in places where reliability, clarity, and trust matter. I’m drawn to systems that support people quietly, helping them focus on what they care about rather than the tools they’re using.
I started in tech support in 2011, which shaped how I think about accessibility, patience, and real-world problem solving. That foundation eventually led to the creation of Orion Tech Solutions, where I focused on making technology more understandable and useful for the people relying on it.
Over time, my work expanded into networking, software, and product design. Across all of it, I’ve kept the same focus on human-centered thinking, long-term reliability, and building things that hold up in practice.
